Our Deep Work Program is a co-created environment designed to elicit your highest output, and teach how to create and sustain the same for yourself.

Deep work is a multi-day retreat (3, 5, and 10) geared toward a state of focus and flow, whereby problem solving, creativity, and productivity reach a peak output.

By "Deep" we mean it. We start the process 4-weeks out from the retreat with a full panel of testing using a Dutch Plus test, in-depth interview, and comprehensive intake. We build a clinical correlation of your hormonal pathways and neurotransmitters. We recommend methodology for training, nutrition, and supplementation protocols specific to your needs.
When you arrive we cover the following:
• Training customized to your personal goals, directed by one of our coaches.
• On-on-One and group instruction and coaching every day
• A pristine Workspace designed for maximum output fitted towards your unique flow.
• Two meals a day
• Sauna/Cold plunge/Breath work guidance and other forms of state change
• Excursions into nature
• Daily workshops on human performance.
